Dimensions are based off the longest edge inside the cutter. Cutter depth is 9/16 inch (15 mm). These cutters can be used with different types of dough - cookie dough, biscuits, etc. cupcakes, fondant, clay, and so much more. Not only used for cookie cutters, but to make clay earrings/jewelry, or to decorate those cakes and so much more. Handling/Care: Care for cookie cutters and stamps: Items should be hand washed in warm soapy water. These items are not dishwasher safe. Coating the cookie cutter with PAM, flour, or cooking oil; may help with pulling the stamp off dough or icing.
